To make a warranty claim for a replacement product, please contact us and provide the following information:
1. Photos of the damaged case or screen protector (Tip: Use your phone and a mirror to take the photo)
2. Proof of purchase of your CASEKIVE product/provide your order reference number
3. Full postal address and contact number for shipping

Our warranty covers any damage to our device casings (excluding screen protectors), but does not cover damage consistent with normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse of the product, or damage to screens caused by use of our products.

If your original CASEKIVE product is out of stock, we reserve the right to send you a replacement product suitable for your other device. Rest assured, our customer service staff will be happy to assist you.

Our warranty covers all CASEKIVE products and fully guarantees them against defects in material or workmanship.

Unfortunately, if you did not purchase directly from CASEKIVE and do not have proof of purchase, we are unable to issue an exchange.
